I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were convenient for families with connecting options but had some cleanliness issues in my suite. The noise from the elevators was disruptive. However, the staff was helpful and managed to address issues promptly.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, the bathroom had mold which triggered my asthma. The hallway outside was quite noisy on my first night. The service, however, was top-notch with friendly and available staff. The location was functional and quiet, close to downtown and convenient for exploring. The dining options were a bit lacking in choices, but the breakfast was decent. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel is in a convenient location near Union Station, ideal for travel to Springfield, but the sketchy surroundings might not suit everyone. The rooms are clean and decently sized, albeit extremely noisy at times. The service was friendly and attentive, despite the staff multitasking. The dining options were varied, but the breakfast could be disappointing for some. The hotel facilities met our needs adequately.
